Ian provides truthful, factual and realistic expectations from the on set. Buying a home is a stressful endeavor and Ian’s attention to detail in managing our wants vs our reality Kept us on track. He was always available even off hours and on weekends for any questions that came up. His staff was efficient and made the closing process easy and effortless. Having worked in real estate over the last 10+years you know when you’ve found a good deal. Ian and his team are the perfect match to the great investment you make in buying a home.

Ian was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and professional. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for home mortgage services. He went above and beyond in customer service to make sure we had the best rate and closing process possible. He was very thorough and honest and I felt safe to trust our process with him and his team. Ive had two other mortgage experiences and they were nowhere near our experience with Ian..... When and if I need any sort of mortgage services again, I will *definitely* be contacting him! His team was exceptional as well....very attentive and prompt with responses and clean with all of our information....no errors and redraws. Ian is phenomenal! I have been through the home buying process several times and he is hands down the most genuinely honest, hardworking individual I have ever worked with.
