This was our first home purchase and Brandon was amazing! He walked us through everything and made it easy. We did not have a smooth road with the build of our house, including our closing date being pushed back about 6 times, but Brandon always took care of everything that needed to be updated immediately and constantly eased all of our worries. Starting with April Smith, the Sr. Loan Originator, she took on this challenge to help us qualify for a new home loan without hesitating. The thought of getting a loan for a new home anytime soon seemed unlikely until we spent time with April. She took the time to get to know our situation, and guided us through what we now consider a miracle. This journey has had its challenges and none of which came from her or the company. NRL has been the only positive thing throughout this entire process. Rachel Ross, did not miss a step taking us from the initial disclosure, guiding us through underwriting and setting up the final close. APRIL never leaving our side. Even after the buyers of our existing home changed the game several times escalating the stress level at an all time high. Everyone kept open communications from start to finish. This is the second time using Minab, and NRL. The reason I even considered using them again is how streamline their operation was set up. The process of getting documents was easy, they got back to you right away, they always answered when called, or returned the call quickly. Starting from Minab, who has great customer service skills, and is knowledgeable to Janee who was professional and very good at communicating exactly what was needed to make the whole process run smoothly. Purchasing a home is said to be one of the hardest things one goes thru, but not in the case with the staff at NRL, they make what others have difficulties with seem much easier because their trustworthy. I will only use NRL in the future and deal with Minab only. I will recommend them to friends and family. I’ll leave you with this last point. Why would I go out and get hamburger when I have steak at home. My experience with NRL, there is no substitute...
