Thank you Carmen for everything you did to help us finally get into our new home! Matt and Katherine were wonderful as well. Great experience!! I was so scared to buy a house. From the first call I made to Katherine to the first appointment she made me feel confident. I send her some homes on a Friday night that I wanted to go see and the next day on Saturday she had us looking at homes and even set up a appointment on Sunday to see another home in which became our dream home. Kathrine guide us through the whole process and never gave up on us. Their was times I wanted to throw the towel and call it quits because I was so impatient. But she always helped and always had the answer for me. I really highly recommend and will continue to refer to family and friends.

I highly recommend the MK team. I had previously tried since the beginning of this year to get into a home by summer. Kat and Carmen were fantastic! I had an idea of what to expect when I started this process and they exceeded those expectations. Interest rate- lower than expected. Closing cost- lower than expected. Carmen cared a lot about my needs. She was quick to help me when I needed to be educated or if I was just anxious. Kat was quick to inform me when things popped up or contact me with updates.
