I have worked with Tom Gilley now on two mortgages. He was always recommended to me by my real estate agent because of his personal touch, his consistent care involving the process, his desire to work hard to make sure that the client gets taken care of, and because he was a local person on the ground, not some or multiple far off people working at some 1-800 number who didnt have a sense of the local real estate market or werent able to get down into the weeds to work on issues that were local and pertinent to the home buying process, such as contacting HOAs, etc. to make sure that all was well and would be well.

Tom and Tori were absolutely incredible. All we really wanted in a loan experience is for it to go smoothly, for a close on time. and for the rate to be competitive against the market. This team checked those boxes and more (they actually were done way before closing date). I cannot tell you how much different it is to use them over a bank or credit union. The experience is just totally different and the satisfaction level is unmatched. Don’t think I will ever be shopping around again.

Rocket fast and reliable service! When it comes to Mortgage loans, the timely delivery and low rate are the most important criteria. It took less than 2 weeks to get the loan from beginning to end. I have an expericnce of purchasing 3 houses in a period of one decade using North American Mortgage Company service.Tom Gilley is awesome, Tom Gilley is the best mortgage loan profesionalist. If anyone can give you a mortgage loan at the best interest rate and do it fast, that would be Tom Giley!

Thank you for making my wife happy! Of course Im happy too, but seeing her breakdown made me realize just how much was riding on her shoulders. We were placed in, what seemed to be, an impossible situation.My wife did not waiver on the belief that everything will work out. She stayed positive and optimistic, easing my concerns and helping me understand how much the mortgage world has changed and continues to change. She reminded me to trust the process and stop texting, emailing, calling and overthinking. This all would not have been possible without the help of Tom Gilley and his assistant Tori with North American Mortgage Company. Tom, you are phenomenal!! (Yes, my wife typed this up as I dictated)
