He worked in perfect tandem with our real estate agent, and we secured our first pick home with very attractive terms in a highly dynamic market.Without the support of Trey and his team, I can’t confidently say that we could have pulled it off. We needed a re-finance on our home so as to pay of some debt and put in a pool. A co-worker recommended Nortex Mortgage as they had had a great experience with them on their refi. I contacted Trey Robertson directly and he walked me through the process. To my surprise I found the process to be extremely easy. Mr. Robertson and his staff was amazing. They answered my multitude of emails quickly and where always available to discuss the parameters of my refi on the phone. The entire process was quick and painless. The use of digital signing of documents made the back and forth much quicker. I couldnt be more happy with the level of service I received from Mr. Robertson and his staff.
