There is a reason why she has five star reviews all the way across-the-board she helped us get into a home when other loan “experts” told us no. She made away when there seem to be no way. If you’re thinking about dealing with her, you would be making a grave mistake by not doing so. Her professionalism was second to none she worked with my realtor Heather Kirk Every step of the way. Truth be told I wish I could buy a house from her every day, But alas, that would get expensive. She’s very prompt to get back with her customers, even though she’s busy and has a lot going on. The application process that she put forth as well as the gathering of information was very seamless and she made it so easy to get her the information in multiple different ways. Sometimes the ways that only convenient to me. Wow, what a concept actual customer service at its finest. I nominate Her to be Home loan Queen of the year. Better known as HLQ. All jokes aside, I love to leave really good Google reviews to people that deserve them and it would be an understatement to say that she deserve this. I hope the time that you spend buying with her blesses you as it did me! She really did go the extra mile!!!

Nikia helped us with the mortgage of our dream home! My husband and I started the process of building our home and she did everything in her power to make it run smoothly! We had no issues. On another note, Nikia also helped my mom purchase her first home! Everything went so smoothly for my mom as well. Thank you Nikia!!!

Nikia is THE BEST! I have worked with her for years now and she has never let me down. I use her for all my personal real estate purchases, have trusted her with several family members and numerous customers. She is always Jonny on the Spot, she shows genuine care and concern and even works nights and weekends giving myself and customers her personal cell phone number. I would strongly recommend her!

Nikia is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help meet your needs. If you have question on the weekend and don’t want to wait until Monday you can call/text her and she will answer your questions. She guides you through every step of the process making it as easy as possible.
