Was buying my first home and Nicole was all around fantastic for helping me secure a mortgage. Very transparent and competitive with the pricing while also being incredibly responsive, which was a huge plus. Given that it was my first time going through the process, she was patient and willing to discuss all the terms and items that were foreign to me. Would definitely work with her in the future and recommend her for any lending/mortgage needs.

She’s always been readily available to answer my questions throughout the whole process, and anticipated most of the required steps to keep me prepared. She was super helpful in getting information to us when we found a property that we were going to put a bid on so we knew they numbers before the offer went in. When we finally won a bid her and her team were able to close in 15 days. The title company was super impressed with them as well, and surprised that the closing happened so quickly & smoothly.
