I’m a first time home buyer and I couldn’t be more pleased with how my experience went. From Day 1 to Closing everything was seamless!! Mr. Craig P. and Ms. Penny B. are exceptional!! Any and all questions were answered by those two. A great team they are!! Ms. Penny is an absolute sweetheart I would ask her questions that I thought may be crazy and not once did she make me feel silly for asking them. I was referred by Felix at Astoria Homes and before I could even call Mr. Craig, he was giving me a call and I loved that!! Mr. Craig and I talked on that phone and I told him what happened with a previous builder and he assured me my experience would be different and it definitely was!! If you are ready and serious about purchasing a home please give them a call!! I viewed my dream home on August 3rd , 2024 and closed on August 30th, 2024!! My girlfriend and I already gave up with my dream house because my credit was very poor and we was tried with some different lenders; they are so rude and don’t want to help me when they knew my credit so poor. Then I found Primary Mortgage. They’re gave me low interest rate for my credit score, so surprised and feel so lucky . Then Vince was called me to process for my loan. He is awesome, he so helpful, patient, he always respond any my questions very quick even holiday and weekends. He always picks up my phone. We just closed my house in 5 days ago . Thank you so so so much!I highly recommend he and his company for anyone. -
