I cannot say enough good things about Tina Calloway! We reached out to Tina asking her to watch rates and notify us when it might be a good time to refinance. She kept track of our file and continued to communicate while we watched and waited. When rates dipped she acted quickly and decisively to lock us in at the best possible rate. Her instincts were right on. We appreciated her prompt action and guidance. We will save thousands over the life of our mortgage thanks to Tina. Tina Callaway walked me through step by step the entire way. She is great at her job. She is very thorough and didnt miss anything. She made me and my wife feel like part of her family.
