The professionalism, level of service, expertise and responsiveness of the Next Step team are unmatched in the industry. Dont live in the Houston area? No problem. We bought our home through Next Step in San Antonio moving from Dallas/Fort Worth. In fact, were hoping rates will drop soon so we use Mark again on a future REFI. I can’t sing their praises enough! The entire process has been seamless, quick, stress free and educational. Mark has an ability to explain things simply and calmly, without putting you under pressure or making you feel inadequate. Each step of the way, he would send short informational videos to describe the process. Not only did he and his team secure a fantastic loan for me but they relieved all my fears and put me on the right track. I swore I would never buy another house again because of the stress from my original purchase but those fears are gone! I only wish I had known about them for my first mortgage!
