Matt performed a miracle for us! We had a particularly challenging mortgage situation that other lenders werent able to complete. Matt asked questions, understood our needs then worked very hard to find the right loan program for us. He got the loan closed last week. A lot of lenders promise big and dont deliver but Matt Dean gets the job done! Highly Recommend.

I needed a mortgage to refinance out of a hard money loan I used to buy my property.Some folks, including a realtor, told me it would never be possible because both the property and my income situation were very abnormal.Most mortgage brokers I talked to didn’t even want to try. Too little chance of getting approved to be worth their effort.Well, Matt stepped up to the plate. Over the course of months, he helped me apply and carefully navigate through the dozens of roadblocks we encountered.He was an effective middle man between me and the lending bank, which seemed to never stop requesting new items and documents.Matt was even patient with me when I had a little freak out over closing costs.He took the time explain each item in detail, without getting frustrated or condescending.We successfully closed on the loan, and and I am extremely grateful. It is one of the most important milestones of my life, and has set me up for a successful financial future.Thank you Matt!

Matt Dean was awesome during our home buying experience! Long before we actually went into the market to potentially buy a home, Matt educated us on what to expect and what our options were. When we first started talking to Matt was in the crazy 2021 housing bubble. Even though we were not ready to buy yet, Matt took the time to give the information we needed to prepare for a purchase. A year later, when we were ready to buy, Matt was there to find us the best possible interest rate and lowest monthly payment possible. Matt was able to get us a mortgage nearly one point lower than the average rate. When dealing with underwriting with the mortgage company, Matt again helped us understand the process and what information would be needed. We were doing a VA loan, which had extra steps that conventional loans do not have. Matts knowledge of the VA processes was on point and helped us greatly. Matt even came to our closing and would answer any questions we had about the paperwork we were signing. We would highly recommend Matt Dean to any potential buyer on the market.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. But Matt has again come through with an exceptional loan experience. This was the second home mortgage I obtained in 6 years. Comparing Matt and his pricing to the competition once again sealed the deal. And I couldnt be happier with the results. I had my OK to close docs a week before closing and this was by far the easiest loan process Ive ever had.One of the things I really appreciate about Matt is that he does whatever it takes. Initially we were told that we wouldnt need an appraisal. After we were under contract and it turned out we needed an appraisal after all, Matt simply covered the cost. Way to go above and beyond!I hate to brag, but when you need a loan: Call Matt!

Matts team worked hard to get us closed on time with little time to do so on a VA loan. He gave us a great rate and low closing costs. Even when a negotiation with our sellers had us taking on $2500 more closing costs, they ended up increasing very minimally in the end.The only complaint I have is the large amount of paperwork that was to be signed initially and again at closing. And I encourage Matt to work on decreasing it. But we ended up happy!!

Matt is one is the best Mortgage Broker I ever used.I refinanced my house a few years back. Anyone whos ever done this knows what a complete pain this can be. Banks, their lawyers, Title Companies. their lawyers, everyone wants a piece of you.My re-fi was about as pain-free and easy as one could be due to Matts expertise. All of the little hassles that came up were quickly dealt with and we closed on time, with no problem.I HIGHLY recommend Matt for any mortgage needs you might have. Hes the only one Id ever use.
