Rafael and his loan processor, Lisa have been so helpful throughout the entire process. For several months I have worked with another loan officer, but he could not provide any approval, and required of us to put big down payment of at least 10 % and 2 months of money reserves in the bank. I tried asking to go another route but no reply for 1 month from him. Fast forward to Rafael, I called him and within 3 weeks time, I’m in my new home!! When I say you are working with the best who’s so knowledgeable in the industry, believe me!!! Go with Rafael and he will get it done right the first time. 20 plus years of experience he has really shows. Thanks so much Rafael!! Our family can’t thank you enough!!
