I had a great experience with New Era and Matt, my loan officer. Matt was super communicative, answered any questions I had in micro-seconds. I was never unclear about what was happening or what would happen next. He was superb, one of the best. Matt’s processor Moe was also outstanding, he made the closing a super easy process. We had one glitch, we were pushing hard to close before rates went up and in the rush the title company assigned a closing appointment and notary in the wrong city. For some companies, that would be a disaster, and take days or a week to resolve and reschedule. With Moe and Matt, it was fixed within an hour and closing still happened in the right city on the same day and at the same hour as initially coordinated. New Era has a great team and I highly recommend them and my team Matt and Moe!

These are just a few of the many, MANY, great adjectives I can use to describe the professionals I worked with at New Era Lending, LLC (which I will refer to as NEL throughout most of my review).. whom seem to be the best in their field. To preface, I never add my phone number to just about anything. I, like most people, hate spam calls and am too busy to pickup my phone throughout the workday (I work beyond banker hours, sadly). However, if you are ever lonely, I would highly advise adding your phone number on Credit Karma or Google to inquire about a loan/refinance because your phone wont be dry for at least a month straight, but I digress. After having a questionable talk with a loan officer (unsure of company name, because they were only concerned about themselves making money) and me trying to avoid being bamboozled, I caved and sought out other options on a refinance for my home... resulting in me putting my phone number on two platforms. Despite all the outrageous calls I received, little did I know it would be a blessing in disguise. Within 24 hours of inputting my number for better results, I received a text from New Era Lending, LLC. Receiving a text was admittedly amazing in my busy schedule. The text, where I initially thought was potentially a scam, intrigued me enough to respond. I engaged and made NEL aware I was already in talks with someone else and it did not take them long... at all, to show me where the person I was already working with was, screwing me, for lack of a better term. They easily showed me how I could be doing much better. I was linked up with Senior Loan Advisor, Branden V., who made the process so very simple, who took so much time out of his days for my family and went into detail to elaborate on any questions my husband and I had throughout the entire process. Brandens background was so reassuring for me - he can easily state block letters/page numbers to refer to, on any form tying to a mortgage. His experience is beyond exemplary. I am forever grateful for Brandens help and his diligent, honest effort to make my familys situation better. He constantly made me feel like a valued client. if I texted questions, Branden would call promptly to ensure he thoroughly explained things out to ease my confusion, with also providing me written clarification. He was honest and didnt promise me things outside of his control, but showed me time and time again why working with NEL would be in my best interest. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Sam called me about two weeks prior to closing my refi with another company. He took the time to take me through all the costs and fees of both companies and showed me how he could save me over 11k and still close in the same time frame. I thought it was too good to be true ( because most things are now days), but we gave him a shot and WOW!!! Not only did he keep the time line but he saved me 22k in the end. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Will be doing business with him again soon.
