    All around the best. Nicolas keep Sr. Loan officer very professionally honest, and staff. New American Funding. I’ve tried other lenders, believe me, their little lies and cons to hold you on and start you off and at the end you don’t qualify after 2 month like Loan Depot.They find some reason and you can tell the person you are talking to don’t have experience They’ll have hidden fees and even on the charge of appraisal. American funding the same day Qualify me and that was it. Process Everything went so smooth. I couldn’t believe it.I tried local banks and got the talk. Not with American funding. Call ask for Nicolas Keep senior loan officer. New American funding. He is for real. Again thank Nicolas.

    Nossi was so helpful as we navigated purchasing our first home (and making three offers before finally closing!). He was easy to reach by text or phone if we had questions, and would frequently reach out to check in on us and give us updates. Nossi was warm, friendly, and helped us find the best way to achieve our homeownership dream. When it felt overwhelming or hopeless, he was there to provide assurances and find solutions.     I am so glad New American Funding was presented to me as an option for my refinance. I have worked with 7 companies for mortgage financing in my home ownership years, and New American was easily the best. Not to mention the rate was outstanding!Mark Gleitmann was our loan officer and was fantastic to work with. I would assume he is crazy busy right now in the current climate, and honestly, my mortgage wasn’t very big, so I am sure his commission was smaller than many other clients of his. But I couldn’t tell at all by the way he interacted with us- very efficient, questions were answered in 12 hours or less, closing was about two weeks quicker than promised, and he is genuinely a very nice guy.New American Funding will be my first inquiry in the future rather than shopping around.

    Though yes, to my knowledge my husband and I were Daylin’s first clients for dealing with a home loan, I feel she did really good with getting us the answers we needed whenever she didn’t know something and was able to get the ball rolling down the road. I had a lot of questions but had confidence in her ability to get me those answers in a timely manner. I recommend them heavily.

    As a first time home buyer with all the questions, I can say Meghann Kappler at New American Funding could not be better with her communication and urgency! I spoke to her about getting pre-approved on a house purchase and she took a lot of time thoroughly explaining everything to where I understood. I signed my purchase agreement a couple days later and she did everything she could to ensure a fast and successful closing! She was always in touch with me leading up to closing, and we had countless emails and hours of time spent on the phone. Ive been pre-approved prior by two different companies, and after all the time Meghann gave me compared to them, I dont think I could have had a better Loan Officer!

She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best rate and term. They were able to help us pull some cash out to do some much needed renovations to our home.     The loan officer, Taylor, was great but some of the other factors were a little frustrating and very nerve-wracking. Obviously moving to a new location and starting new jobs makes it difficult but we really found ourselves down to the wire quite a bit. Ultimately it worked out. We also used the REI home connect through them and we were matched with a great real estate agent. Lisa was INVALUABLE in our home search.
