Me Neil Rudine, Sr was extraordinary with whom to work. Neil’s attention to detail, depth of knowledge and impeccable character made choosing the correct loan for our family to purchase our house. Hes responsive, very knowledgeable about current regulations and all the changes that happen, great at communicating through the whole process and very informative. Hes great at explaining things so that we understood each step of the process and what our options were. He shares in the excitement of all the things that come with buying a house. I would recommend him over and over again. I wont use anyone else when it comes to home mortgages.

Neil has assisted me with two home loans and got me quickly approved for both! With the second, I was initially alarmed to find that he had moved to Dallas but it turned out that it didnt matter. He was able to transfer many documents from my previous loan making the whole process flow smoothly AND got me the interest rate I insisted on- I think he had to pull some strings to do so ;). Neil is professional and personable, always remembers my birthday and continues to be there for me re. questions and concerns- even on matters unrelated to the loans! :)
