    I visited this Neighborhood Credit Union branch this morning to open new checking and savings accounts. Overall, my experience was phenomenal. Immediately when I walked in, the whole staff was attentive and polite. I worked with Kimberly and she was extremely helpful. The customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this credit union!

    Kimberly and Andrea were OUTSTANDING!!!! They saved me (and my account) for a couple of fraudulent withdrawala. They were extremely profssional, helpful, thoughtful and efficient. I woukd give them 10 stars if that were possible. I cant thank them enough.

    I tend to my grandmother a few days out of the week and a highlight to her Wednesdays is coming to this bank. She always has a teller by the name of Ariel helping her and she’s wonderful. You’ll be able to tell her apart bc she had a loud personality, colorful nails, and long lashes. The best teller I’ve ever dealt with.

    I have been very pleased with the experiences I have had at the Uptown branch. Angelica is always fast, efficient, and friendly. Whether shes answering a question about my account or simple depositing a check, she provides excellent customer service. She is also very knowledgeable about the services NCU offers and suggests services that can help me manage my finances more efficiently. The branch manager, Nicole, is always helpful, friendly, and very personable. When interacting with her, you can tell that she truly cares about her branch members and takes the time to make sure your financial needs are met. I have been very happy with my experiences at NCU Uptown and would definitely recommend this location. Nicole and Angelica will make sure that you are well taken care of.

    The Neighborhood credit union is amazing. I have had a great experience with them. The bank teller by the name of Jacklyn was patient and was very attentive to what I had to say and helped in what I needed. Jacklyn made the process alot easier and with that I had a smooth transaction. Thank you for your help Jacklyn and continue with your awesome customer service skills.     This is my go to branch. I have been with NCU for many years. Angelica is one of the managers there and is so helpful, always.I do wish they still had coins, but unfortunately they did away with them for certain reasons. However, that doesnt stop me from using NCU.If youre looking for a great credit union. I highly recommend them!

    We love Neighborhood Credit Union, and Jhaida is the best of the best! She is always on top of things, and she goes above and beyond for her customers! I know it sounds corny, but Jhaida really makes you feel like youre good neighbors!

    I would like to thank Angelica for taking the time to renew a member out of me. I went in the Dallas location ready to close my account and end ties with NCU. For more than three months, I dealt with so much inconvenience due to phishing attempts. My account was frozen and I couldn’t use the app. As a millennial not having access to an app came with so much anxiety. In conclusion, Angelica was able to alleviate much of my problems and (with the digital supervisor) I finally was able to access online banking. Thanks so much Angelica, I truly appreciate you 💕

    I just opened a new savings and checking account here and it was the best experience with banking of my life. There are some unusual aspects to my banking history and the staff at NCU Uptown were extremely helpful, got me everything I needed and some things I didnt know I needed. I felt incredibly welcomed and immediately part of the family here.Ive been banking with credit unions as well as commercial banks for 16 years and this is the best experience Ive had with either of them. NCU is truly what a credit union is supposed to be.

    Hello everyone who are looking for a Better place to do your banking Iwould suggest, Neighborhood Credit Union- Uptown Branch. Afterfighting with my Local Bank for years of technical charges, thatdidnt add up in my favor I come to accept thats how Banking works.I Google up Banks and Credit Unions. In all of my researchNeighborhood Credit Union topped the list. The Account RepresentativeMs. Angelica was very courteous, can you imagine a bank paying you$9:00 a month to use your Debit Card? The loan Officer was very promptin calling me to help with my concerns. Folks Neighborhood Credit Unionis more like a Family that a Bank give them try you will be amazed I PromiseMelvin Griffin

    Mrs. Nicole Pankow, Mrs.Jacklyn, and Mr. Brian are the best bankers at the N.Central Expy. Branch;They are very helpful and considerate. They will take care of all your banking needs with a smile and caring spirit. Tell them lexus sent you , you wont regret your experience.

    Michelle and Demarcus, and really everybody there during the weekdays, at the Central Expwy branch are the best!! They provide excellent customer service, are always friendly and helpful, and go above and beyond to see that you are completely satisfied. Its nice to walk into your financial institution, be called by your name, and treated like a friend and not just a number. Ive used City Credit Union in the past, and everything they did wrong, DCU does right! I would avoid DCUs other branch, though, their customer service is terrible!!

    I came into the Uptown location because its a shared branch of my bank, UFCU. I was intending to withdraw all of my money and go to another bank to open an account. However, after working with the ladies at this location, I decided to open accounts here instead. They were so friendly and helpful and really put my mind at ease.
