This is the third credit union I’ve worked with and I’m very pleased so far! We went in to open accounts and were there about 30 minutes total. They were very transparent about any fees and walked us through next steps pretty thoroughly.I also have to say that the app is the best out of any banking app I’ve used. Lots of features, and the ability to add accounts without having to go inside.I highly recommend NCU to anyone looking for a new bank or CU.

They are awesome they take their time to explain everything and make sure you understand stand. My last bank didnt explain a lot and I was surprised by fees. Here they explained the accounts and if there is fees for them and how much. Like I said they are awesome.

This is the best bank Ive ever had and even though I moved away from Texas several years ago, Neighborhood Credit Union is the best bank. I get refunded for my ATM charges across the country and Im paid dividends. Show me another that pays you to be a member. They helped me rebuild my credit after 2008. I can get an auto loan over the phone in a few minutes and theyve helped me anytime Ive asked for anything. They have been a big part of my financial success story over the last 15 years.
