We have been doing business with Neighborhood Credit Union for several years now and always get the best interest rates for our vehicles and don’t have to hassle with the dealerships. They also offer great warranty programs and competitive savings account rates. Lori Gaines has been awesome to work with and always gives us the BEST advice for our family’s needs. I would refer NCU and Lori Gaines to anyone!

This was a difficult case since I live in both Texas and Louisiana and want the car titled in LA. Lori was exceptionally expedient and made the whole transaction very easy. I had a very pleasant experience with this Credit Union, from the moment I got to the door the guard on duty was very polite, he said good day and opened the door for me. The ladies at the desk were all very courteous, pleasant and helpful. I was helped with my specific transaction by the branch manager, she was very helpful, very knowledgeable and was very diligent in answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. I am completely impressed by the service and ambience provided at this facility. They are definitely angels showing their halos and their wings. I will recommend this credit union to anyone. Someone withdrew $2000 from my bank account yesterday. I am going up to the branch in the morning however, I have since found out that 5 other Neighborhood credit union customers had there accounts wiped out on saturday as well. Hopefully the CU will return all of our money.Update/ the NCU provided a reason on how they were affected. It was a shame that people committed fraud in that way. NCU handled it swiftly and with genuine concern. I updated to 5 stars because it wasn’t their fault, they were also affected.

I bank with Prestige Community Credit Union and am very appreciative of this shared branch in Lancaster.Just visited the location on the 8th and had the pleasure to be served mlby Diana. She was very prompt and pleasant.I didnt give 5 stars due to the 1 hour shut down for lunch that the bank closes... im not opposed to lunch but shutting it completely down is a bit inconvenient.
