I have only had one interaction with the bank, but my experience in opening my account through the drive thru was soooo easy! There was a wait, because the lobby was closed due to Covid restrictions, but it honestly was pretty efficient, not to mention convenient.Jocelyn was very kind, and helpful to us on that day with our paper work. I love the online website, and the bank balance alerts sent to my phone. So far, I feel I made a good choice.
