I switched to here from Chase bank a couple years ago after some issues with them. I have had no problems with this bank at all. They are always so nice and willing to help out/explain anything. They make it an actually nice experience to go to the bank, and I dont plan on switching from here. Also, Courtney is super great.😊

Recently opened an account here. Walked into a very clean, organized building. I was promptly greeted by Maria who helped me open my account. She was very knowledgeable. Gave me options but did not push. She was also very efficient, while setting up my account she had me download the app and went through how to do everything in the app before I left. I am very satisfied with choosing Neighborhood Credit Union in Anna to be my credit union!

I was greeted immediately by Jaimee Napoli who explained everything well (opening the account, setting up our online banking etc. Jaimee took her time even though I walked it 45 minutes before closing. Jaimee is professional, detailled oriented, friendly and best of all made the process of opening our first checking account easy, as though, it was too good to be true. Neighborhood Credit Union was very clean and user friendly digital banking. The options available for savings/benefits are priceless. Not to mention they offer a kids savings which we are so excited to do for our boys. Highly recommend Neighborhood Credit Union, Anna !!
