    Starr gave the absolute Best customer service. I had a problem and customer service over the phone couldn’t help and as soon as I went in person to the Grand Prairie location, she help me with no problem at all and got it done in a timely manner, even though she had other customers.     I would like to commend a cashier at the Barton Street Neighborhood Credit Union. Jazmine Romero gave me excellent service and went beyond the call of duty in helping me.     Ive been at Neighborhood Credit Union for almost 10yrs.Its always a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Even on busy days they always seem to make the day an enjoyable one.I am a male of color and sometimes one may think it would be hard to get a loan or establish credit but they do not discriminate.Ive gotten several loans with a credit check of course and its nice to know if your credit is good your loan will be approved.     Open an account with Neighborhood Credit Union October 2023. Was welcomed by a friendly and polite lady named Starr. She answered all my questions and helped me fill out some of the bank forms. Annabel, guided me through the different accounts that are suitable for me. The Neighborhood Credit Union is a wonderful institution.

    Ive been using NCU for many years now, and theyve been the most helpful financial institution I have ever used. I never have the sense of a predatory entity like the corporate monster banks.     Ive been banking here for years. Long enough to watch this branch go down hill. Now they are holding mobile deposits for days. Even after the check has cleared from the issuing bank NCU still holds the funds. I guess customer service is no longer a priority. Ill be moving on soon. FYI, they Never Held mobile deposits in the past. They blamed it on fraud but didnt offer an explanation as to why the funds were still on hold 5 days later when the check I deposited cleared my other bank within 24 hours. I just did another Mobil deposit before writing this any yes, its on hold. Same check, same bank. I changed my review but your branch manager said this was new company policy not a software update.

    Tony the Grand Prairie branch teller offered many suggestions on the various products and other helpful tips in purchasing another vehicle. He was excellent. DD Boschert made my loan process easy and fast. She is excellent as well.     Naomi Bravo the manager at the grand prairie location was so professional quick and 100 the example of what customer service is all about! I was turned off by Wells Fargo and decided to open another account! Naomi made sure I was taken care of immediately! Its so hard to find people who want to do their job.

    The staff at the Bardin location is one of the most helpful group of people! They are very efficient and responsive to concerns. Jisenia, the teller, is also very quick and accurate in processing transactions and is very knowledgeable about products. I would highly recommend this credit union, especially this location.

    Not many credit unions offer the service and knowledge Pricilla and the Team at the Oak Cliff & Grand Prairie Branches have. I’ve been impressed with the service I’ve received from day one.
