She provided guidance and offered multiple solutions to make the car purchase more affordable for us. I highly recommend NCU for a informed and personal approach to car buying.

    Dropped in today to get a cashier’s check. This isn’t my bank, but they are a shared location for my bank. The atmosphere was very inviting. I haven’t been inside of a bank in years and I don’t remember it ever having a friendly feel. The young lady welcomed me as soon as I walked in and when I made it to the counter she gladly walked me over to where I needed to grab a form. The whole atmosphere was just amazing! Thanks for your assistance today!

    It was my first time coming to this bank so I was a little nervous, I was first with the Branch Manager but then she referred me to a young lady named Monica Smith. She was totally AWESOME!!! She was patient she was very Professional she followed the proper protocol due to me having already starting an online account. She called the necessary people and together they made it happen. This was truly the Best experience every and I will be referring others to this Establishment. Monica Smith is A1+ in my book keep up the good work!!!😊😊😊she deserves something for her AWESOMNESS. Need more like her Indeed.

    I had to deposit a check with a legal name change document, and the teller (a petite brunnette) was so gracious and understanding, and made the smoothest transaction for me. She was so warm and professional. I didnt catch her name but she was teller number 1567. She needs a paid vacation and a raise.

    Joining & getting established here was a breeze with the assistance of Jose at the Addison location. The app is great & website very helpful. Getting the payments set up without going into the bank is an initial process, but good to go following. Lots of choices and low interest rates helping me out financially!

    Neighborhood Credit Union is a Co-op Shared Branch CU, which is handy if you being to another credit union and need to make a transaction. There are other CUs, like Texans, do not participate in Co-op Shared Branch. (Download apps from Google Play Store to locate the nearest participating CSB.)They have some unique features that are really great, like Kasasa Cash. If you make 15 transactions on your NCU debit card during the month, you pay no fees for using other CUs ATMs and you earn cash, too! Kasasa Music is another feature you can get on an NCU account, but you earn credit for music instead.The only downside is that the ATM at this branch doesnt accept deposits at night. I dont know why that is.NCU has a number of branches, mainly in North Dallas. Safe deposit boxes are available at the main branch.NCU also offers mobile and online banking to make life more convenient.
