I walked in the front door 1 minute before closing on a Friday to make a large withdrawal. Most places would have already locked the door. I walked in the door, was greeted by all 4 tellers, and Janeli stepped up to assist me.Janeli was professional, courteous, and more than willing to help me with my withdrawal even though the branch was now closed. 10 mins after closing, I had made my withdrawal and was walking out the door. It’s always a great experience coming into this branch.

Neighborhood CU Has always been great until recently that they reduced hrs and removed the shared branch options. Other than that, the staff in South Arlington is always great and friendly.

Neighborhood Credit Union has been a joy to bank with. I’ve had Navy Federal for years. I signed up with Neighborhood in 2022 and applied for an auto loan. This 2.67% APR on my 2017 Infiniti QX80 is the best ever. They have been a lifesaver when business was slow for me.I love it over here! 🥰

Spent 2+ hours at this Arlington location of MyNCU and can only tell you what an awesome experience it was! Had to take care of many details concerning both of my parents’s trust accounts, etc. Ian Spencer was very patient, diligent, professional, open-minded, meticulous and considerate during our time together working through all of the transactions needed! I am so appreciative of the time he spent with me; however, the entire organization has been wonderful through the passing of both parents and taking great care of our accounts and any need our family has had over the years. I had a fairly complicated transaction here, so I had to sit and wait for a bit in the lobby while they worked. The ladies at the front desk were doing an amazing job with everyone and the manager was great as well. The lady handling my transaction was friendly and very patient. I am VERY impressed with this location and their staff!
