    I called the Credit Union and was transferred to Lisa Allen , I had some questions about IRAs. She was the most professional , friendly person I have dealt with. Very knowledgeable and informative, highly recommend speaking with her.

    I stopped by the Mesquite location and spoke to Ms. Lisa Allen regarding my 401k. She was very professional and friendly. We built a rapport and felt like I could trust her recommendations. I am not member of the credit union yet but I plan to come back when I retire and move my investments over. I definitely recommend visiting with Ms. Allen to go over any investment concerns you may have.

    Ms. Pamela Slack is the best I her field. She got me set up with a new checking and savings account. She was very professional, patient, and kind. She thoroughly explained my accounts, and made suggestions of other products I may be interested in. Such a wonderful spirit. She made my transition from my bank to the credit union very pleasant.

    I bank at the Mesquite location which is super convenient to my home. I cannot say enough at myncu! They have treated me extremely well, super friendly and always willing to help. All of the products I have, as they assure me, is whats best for me. This will always be my bank, thank you so much to the entire ncu family!!!

    This is a fantastic credit union!I was having a very bad day yesterday and having some issues but I spoke with Pamela and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She took the time out of her day to work through some things with me. She stated she would be in early today and would check on things and reach out to me to let me know. She did exactly that! I heard from her first thing this morning and everything had been taken care of. Pamela is amazing!! Thank you!!I look forward to a long great relationship with this bank!

    Rosalba was very helpful and informative. She answered all my loan related questions and educated me in the process. She then directed me to the right loan representative who was also helpful.

    Nice location and everyone was very friendly. Ms. Slack was very knowledgeable while explaining the options available. She even made time to explain your childrens banking program. We also did not have to wait long, which is a plus!

    Everyone at my Neighborhood Credit Union is very personable, friendly and helpful! I have only been in the branch a handful of times but am always greeted with a smile and somehow they remember me! I also love that I can text my local account specialist with any questions and she always goes the extra mile.

    I just want to say, neighborhood credit union is amazing. Ive been banking with them since I was a teenager, and I am now 27 years old. They conduct business so professionally. Anytime there is potential fraud I receive an email/text, and I call the 24 hour line to resolve it quickly. I receive my checks from my job a day early because NCU does their job on time. Working with them has been such blessing and I am so grateful for you all. Have a blessed day.

    When I moved here I then started a account with the credit union. When I’m say they are truly awesome friendly caring and very helpful when assisting their customers. Mrs Pamela truly has been a blessings to me. So if you are looking for a credit union they are wonderful.

    I have been with MYNCU for more than 30 years and this speaks for itself my satisfaction and confidence to this financial institution. They have lower fees and better rates on different accounts and loans. There is a high level of accuracy and knowledge of the personnel with respect to their responsibilities. Their customer customer service is very excellent with a special mention to my New accounts specialist , PAM SLACK, who far and beyond , did an extra unbelievable mile to help me and my family in our time of sadness and grief, to assist us in our financial undertakings. I want to thank her kindness and empathy in lifting our spirits. And likewise I wouldn’t want to forget the kind Myncu manager ,Rhonda .. thank you Myncu for your excellent service.     I must say I was hesitant to visit the Mesquite branch today due to the negative reviews. This was the closest option for me, living over 120 miles away, and I needed to do business in person via the drive thru (thanks to Covid 19). My financial transaction was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. Thank you NCU for always taking care of all of my financial needs❗

    Pamela at the Mesquite Branch has given outstanding personal service to myself and other members of my family for a number of years. In fact the service shes provided has been so good (even in the midst of Covid) were moving assets from other Financial Institutions to hers.I highly recommend this Credit Union to anyone seeking to get away from traditional banks to consider NCU and in particular the Mesquite Branch

    Th branch Manager Justin at the Richardson location listened to me cry, listened to me vent, I told him how scared I was about my “situation” literally he took care of me so quick had me back to work before my break ended. This man was able to ease my anxiety AND tell me about products and benefits that was specifically tailored to me. Look Justin, you made me feel so much better and you took care of me! This will be the branch I go to if I NEED anything taken care of ASAP! Thanks for making my entire week/Day! Because of him, I trust my bank so much now. Thank you!

    I am shocked at of writing this post only a 3.0 rating.Customer service at this branch is fantastic. Responsiveness, attention to detail, ability to answer all my questions, etc. I never leave this branch unsatisfied or not feeling like customer service is one of their most instilled values from the staff.
