    The customer service is great. The line was short, it moved fast. The teller was friendly and knowledgeable he helped me with a new debit card. I never received the one in the mail. There was a lady that greeted me as soon as I walked through the door she had such a welcoming voice and warm smile. You dont see that anymore. I feel like I made the right choice in doing business with this bank.

    Wonderful staff. I was greeted at the door by their check in clerk who input my information into the system and pointed me in the right direction to get my banking errands done in a timely manner. Very clean and well organized! The waiting area is small but simple and easy to navigate. They also have a drive thru for banking as well and one ATM lane.

    I had a very nice experience dealing with getting an insurance claims check deposited. The rep that helped me, Lily, was very professional and thorough. She made sure that she got everything that was required to deal with the check along with getting the information I needed for any additional steps.Great service.

    Awesome Bank! I have a Chase account and a Wells account. I just recently became a member with Navy Federal. They are, by far, the best bank I have ever worked with. Within 48 hours of becoming a member, I have refinanced my car with them and was approved for a credit card without ever leaving my house. The bankers are the friendliest I have ever encountered. Ill be closing one of my other account and utilizing NFCU for a majority of my financing needs!!

    Recently joined NFCU two weeks ago. Have received nothing but outstanding service. Was able to set up my online account and make a deposit before I received my debit card. Moreover, I have always got a live person every time Ive called Even at 3am.

    I quit doing business with Navy Federal several years ago due to poor customer service in Charleston, New York, and Groton. This location has me interested in working with this institution again.Seems great so far. I noted friendly staff when visiting this location. Ill probably come back for deposits occasionally.

    My business partner and I went in to NFCU in Garland today to open up a business account. The business rep that helped us was Fernando Armendariz and were are BEYOND HAPPY with his service! This type of account has the ability the be a pain and difficult to open because of all of the documents required but he made it extremely pain free, easy and not stressful at all!! He was very knowledgeable about every single step along the process and very patiently answered all of our questions in a very simple way for us to be able to comprehend (it all sounded like a different language at first)! So glad Fernando was able to help us! Highly recommend him and im going to recommend him to everyone in need of this service. Outstanding Job!

    I usually receive good customer service but the past 2 visit with the new cashier has been a bit questionable. I felt disrespected both times by the same lady. Hopefully she wont be there much longer

    Navy Federal provides consistent excellent courteous customer service all team members at Navy Federal are knowledgeable and helpful Navy Federal provides financial services and banking of the highest quality and in my opinion far exceeds the offerings of the more traditional financial institutions such as Bank of America Chase and Wells Fargo

    Not bad so far good knowing people not caring if they car or not they get the job done regardless although happy some will step out of the box and be more friendly if you try to pull them out of the shell Profesionalism is there as well and confidence, if unsure they get you to right place can be some wait times but estamated time is normally less from told like that give it a 4.2 -4.4 at most over its current rating.
