    This location is very professional . I had to go into the branch twice to have a document notarized.     Well, overall this is a great place to bank. I will never go back to standard banks. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, however the only issue I had was one day I wanted to withdraw $5,000, and was told that they could only give me $2,500 because they were running low on cash and wanted to make sure other customers could get cash if they needed it. I should be able to get as much as I wanted if you are holding my money in your bank. I have been a customer for years, although that was a bad experience for me I still highly recommend this credit union over any commercial banks.

    Visited this location this morning. It was very crowed with a 15 minute or longer wait. However, the customer service was outstanding. I needed a cashiers check but didnt have the name of the title company with me. I went back to my car to get this information. I went back in thinking I would have to stand in line again. But Giovana, the teller, called me back to the counter to finish my transaction. Made my day!

    Went in to make a deposit lines werent too bad. Got to the counter Diane deposited my money. I asked her about placing an order for checks. I had already asked the lady at the front did i need to see a person in one of the offices. Diane tells me to call Cs Or sign. I told her I was told it could be done at the window. She took a deep breath and so ok since they already told you that I guess Ill go ahead and place it for you. Maam whether you know it or not you are customer device.

    Ive been a member 20+ years and Im so thankful they finally put this location in. Driving from Duncanville to West Fort Worth made for a long trip to do our banking business. Every rep that weve done business with have been very helpful and pleasant. We were again there today and we again had top notch service!!

    Today I had to go into the Arlington Texas Branch: it’s a bit further of a drive (Ft. Worth branch is closer), but I like this branch for a few reasons. Every time I’ve gone the employees go above and beyond. They want to make sure that every customer is taken care of in a timely manner. With Covid restrictions this can be a bit cumbersome, some customers will become angry with the representatives, but I have seen them time and again remedy a bad situation.I had a representative by the name of Brandy help me today. She was absolutely amazing, very outgoing and funny!! She made sure that everything I needed done was taken care of. I could tell that she absolutely loves her job and loves working for NFCU!!

    I have been banking with them for a few years now been to multiple locations and been meet with the same friendly faces at every location. When you call the toll number they are their for you 24/7 even the app is great. I would like to Thank them and tell them keep up the good work.

    So much to say about NFCU. You can only join overseas but when youve joined, youre golden! We will never leave this place. They are amazing. Professional Always, prompt Always. My entire large family all have active accounts here. No better place to do your banking.

    Hands down one of the best credit unions ever! Loan rates at or below other credit unions, no charges for most checking services, and great customer care.Ive been banking with NFCU for over 25 years, Ive tried other banks, but I always come back, because other banks charge fees, higher interest rates, and often forget that you are the customer.

    I don’t even know where to start with Navy Federal. They went above and beyond to make my first time home buying the best experience ever.     My is 1st Convenience Bank, and my wife’s is NFCU. There are actually a lot of things NFCU offers that my bank does not. Their mobile app is so much better, their queues are bearable, and their customer service is topnotch.All in all, this is the bank to be. If you have a family member who is a navy, marine, etc.

    I love this bank. Will never used another. If you used E-Deposit be sure you understand how it work if not just go into the office and deposit you money or have it ACH....(I love it)
