Visited the branch today to get a car loan and saw Paul. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but still Pauls customer service and professionalism was great. He was courteous, patient, friendly, and very helpful. I dont know why theres a lot of negative reviews for this NFCU branch, but I love my bank. Ive been with NavyFed for about 14 years now (since my time in the Marine Corps). My husband is AD in the Marine Corps and also has NFCU (15 yrs). We have mortgage and car loans financed through NFCU. Weve never had any issues with NFCU. Every branch that weve visited at every different state or spoke to personnel through the phone have been very kind, helpful, and courteous. Thats why we love NFCU because of how theyve treated us throughout these 14+ years. We are happy customers and are thankful to have NAVYFED!

Coming threw Navy federal, covid closed my account but these wonderful people reopened it and got me everything i needed to be better and get on my way. there precautions for covid 19 protection, have a clean and safe environment to do your banking.

NFCU is a wonderful place to conduct your banking if you qualify for membership! The customer service is absolutely the best! The amount and variety of services offered here is outstanding! I am so happy that I switched all of my banking from a bank to Navy Federal Credit Union. My only regret is not obtaining membership sooner.

Maps needs to MAJORLY get fixed. This address is to a hospital, not the bank. The bank is almost two miles away from here on the other side of the overpass near the Target. That being said, the actual NFCU is fantastic!! Clean, well kept place with the most kind staff. 5 stars for NFCU always!!

I don’t understand all the hate from the other reviews. I just made a withdrawal was in and out in minutes was greeted when I first walked in and the staff was all friendly and got me taken care of quick.

3 years ago:Best experience with NFCU today, so helpful and i am back with NFCU after many years.Update: nowadays the vibe at this branch is lacking professionalism or even enthusiasm, can have long slow moving lines and solutions not given unless you ask and the answers are lacking everything mentioned above. Its a shame .
