Such an amazing difference from the location on George Dieter! I’m immediately greeted each time I walk in and everyone has a smile on their face! The tellers are always awesome so far and have never declined a special request I might have. Will definitely make a trip from now on instead of dealing with the unprofessionalism from the location on George Dieter!

Went in last week to open my teen first account. Tanicia was WONDERFUL, treated him with respect, addressed him when explaining things, answered all two of his questions and then when I asked a question pertaining to him, she would then explain it to him. Wonderful young lady!

Came here today because I had an issue with my debit card and had to get a new one. Love the energy when I first walked in the door. Was treated amazing customer service is on point!!! Thank you guys!! You never know whose having a bad day and just need that little dose of positive vibes around them to completely change their day!

I needed a new checking account immediately within a few minutes after I got off the airplane in El Paso because my home bank was no help whatsoever after hours with a minor issue on my behalf. The staff at this location was quick, sufficient and was able to get me a active checking account with a debit card within 10 minutes as I walked out the door. I was very impressed how they took care of me and didnt try to talk me into things I didnt need and got me out the door within minutes. I thank this branch for saving my vacation when it almost went in ruins because of my hometown bank of Member One Credit Union. Thank you!

I have been with Navy Federal for years! I would not trade my experiences with them for anything. I have never had problems with the staff they are always very professional. They resolve any issues I have had with unauthorized purchases quickly! I would recommend NFCU to everyone;.

They are great and some comments are absurd and false information. They are mad because they didnt get their ways. NFCU service is great and Ive been a member since 1998! Will never change banks or credit unions...heck no way!
