    This has to be one of the most pleasant banks I have ever done business with in last 30yrs. Banks used to be more personable n friendly. As the computer generation has grown with everything being done online I enjoy going into NFCU n being treated at the door. The tellers always great me with a smile n are very friendly. 😎

    I began with NFCU at the advice of my son. They have been courteous and helpful. When I was short on money to pay my loan, they worked to help me put. When I wanted the loan they sent it in the mail before I even filled out the papers. What more could you ask for?

    I love this bank.Im observing the negative reviews to be incomplete or just doesnt make sense. Anonymous user below should explain how its your banks fault for YOUR jobs inability to provide direct deposit.Looks like theyre better off without you, doesnt it?

    This is an employees credit union open to ACTIVE duty military and family members. It used to be you also had to be overseas to qualify but that was 15 years ago or more. Once you have membership and then leave service, your account remains open (you dont have to close it). Im not sure if you never had an account and are no longer active if you can open an account based on prior service.
