It is easy to go online for a home loan or a refi. I’ve done it. But I’ve moved around a lot, and financed or refinanced about 20 times. I find that online slips when questions arise. For this one I checked local reviews for good reputations, then checked rates. Truth. Rates are about the same everywhere. Fees vary a little. I sent an inquiry, Bethany called, lots of conversation. I was experiencing a “technology issue” getting tax forms loaded. System just wasn’t working. Everything else was running fine. Just not the tax forms. Bethany had us stop by her office and she loaded them directly. Can’t do that on the online only refinancing sites. Bethany responded to every email and text in less than an hour, even when I figured she’d call the next day. Great service. Really recommend this agency. Bethany and her staff are very personable and true professionals. Check them out.
