While the entire experience with Winton Homes and their Agent was far from great (it was extremely frustrating due to their inability to communicate with us in a timely manner), their Preferred Lender (Nathan) was the only individual willing to pick up the phone, find solutions and work to resolve problems.I am grateful that at least one member of the team involved in our home buying process, was actually interested in working.This is my first time working with a Lender other than Veterans United and the entire experience with Nathan and his team from beginning to end was outstanding. They were inviting, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.If you are buying a Winton Home, the quality is good, the homes are beautiful, but their team (agents and management) are horrible. Their preferred lender is Nathan at Crosscountry. If you are willing to pull teeth with the builder and their agent to make things happen and get answers to your questions, get Nathan and his crew on your team. They will make things happen and will communicate with you promptly, with not only answers, but solutions to problems that will absolutely arise.Great experience, Nathan I appreciate all the work you did on this for us.

Nathan truly understood the clients goals, his communication skills are exceptional, and he genuinely cares about the aligning the outcome with clients goals. We collaborated to sell one home and use the proceeds for the purchase of another. Thanks to Nathans high-quality service, we were able to close both transactions on time and on the same day. His dedication and expertise made all the difference.

Great customer care and very knowledgeable! They followed through on time with everything they promised. This is not our first time getting a residential property loan, and we’ve had encounters with over a dozen loan officers before, and Nathen was one of the most knowledgeable people when it came to residential loans we’ve had experience with. We were very impressed that he was able to answer all of our questions, some of which were definitely more complicated and had confused other loan officers before. He was also able to negotiate a better deal with the builder when it came to percent buy down vs a check towards landscaping. We understand that his office is the preferred lender so they may have some advantage, but even putting that aside, because we don’t always go with the preferred lender, Nathan and his team were very good at all the follow through. Every team member was very responsive, and I appreciated the weekly updates on Fridays, which we’ve never seen with any other lender before. We are very happy that we went with him and his team for this loan.

Nathan made time to meet with us on several occasions to answer our questions. He was very thorough and well-informed on the current state of the market. Because of his business acumen, he was able to time the market and get us a float down on our interest rate. Megan was always prompt in sending over paperwork, and we LOVE her Friday video updates on the status of our loan! We appreciated their flexibility in working with us on the fluid closing date and the promptness of getting the paperwork to the title company with only about 48 hours notice on the confirmed closing date. We are happy to be in our FOREVER home!

My application was very easy and efficient, I had no clue where to start at buying a home. I drove around a neighborhood I wanted to potentially live in. I saw Chistine Morales real state open house sign and my son and I stopped to speak to her. She showed us a few homes she was selling, and directed us to Nathan and Jackie to help with the lender. I am so grateful we stopped because we ended up buying the house our agent loves. This process was so smooth I would recommend this company. Come to find out my agent is related to us, she is my cousin. This was a Blessing in Disguise. Nathan and his team are awesome very helpful with all my questions from beginning to end!

Nathan was very proactive at first contact lining up the best loan options for us to consider while clearly explaining the benefits of each one.
