    Ms. Whitener was very organized and efficient in supporting my mortgage refinancing process. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner.     My husband and I recently consolidated our outstanding debt via a Mr. Cooper’s Home Equity Loan; which was handled extremely professionally by Jordan Anderson (Initial Loan Officer), Melissa Eli (Loan Processor), Ray Nickens (Real Estate Appraiser), and Camron Cook (Vylla Title). Every single one of them were extremely professional, personable, and detailed oriented.What we appreciate the most is that from the very beginning of the process, Jordan clearly understood why we wanted to consolidate our debt and what our short term long term goals were. In less than one hour, he clearly and succinctly explained how much we will be able to save each month and that it is possible for us to pay off our mortgage in five years or less. As a bonus, he was as excited for us as we were from the beginning of this process. An additional bonus is that he remained in contact with us throughout the entire process to make sure we understood what was happening; which we truly appreciated. The final bonus is that even though we had to schedule the appointments - at our convenience - with the appraiser and the title company; we were able to complete the process within 30 days….For these reasons, we highly recommend Mr. Cooper Mortgage Company for anyone who is interested in purchasing or refinancing a home or property.

    I called because I was very confused about my new insurance taking over the old insurance. Or If it had even happened because I never got a letter, etc. He checked my account and saw the new insurance but wasnt sure about the old insurance being cancelled. So he actually call my old insurance company and no it had not been cancelled. (the broker didnt cancel like he said he would.) OK so we got that straighten out. I feel confident that everything will be straightened out and my mortgage will be lower because my insurance went way lower. He was very thorough in his explanations of each process so I understood what had to be done. And he was very respectful!

    TJ had gone so far out of his way for us here. When he called about refinancing I was extremely standoffish and close minded as I was scared of the process since I had zero knowledge on the subject. He took the time (about 4 hours if I remember correctly!) to explain everything about the process and help me feel confident in any decision we made whether or not we refinanced. As we moved through the process it felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders when TJ found we would infact be saving around $400 a month if we consolidated our debt with the refinance and pulled some equity to have as an emergency fund. I legitimately cried on the phone with relief as we have a child on the way and due in October so having that emergency fund was imperative. The only issues I had throughout the process were outside of TJs controll, there was some confusion with our down payment assistance program loan where it should have dropped off a while back ago and it felt like there was quite a delay in receiving that information/solution, but it did get resolved in the end. The only other inconvenience I experienced was when it was time to sign the closing papers, no one communicated with me to set up a date or time for it and I had to communicate between Mr. Cooper and our notary to reschedule, thankfully that was a fast and easy fix. A few days later I was going to call TJ just to check on the progress but he beat me to it! He had gone out of his way to call me first to give us the good news and answer any last questions we had about the loan. TJ has provided some of the best costumer assistance I have ever seen and is a genuinely good person and very personable. I genuinely dont think I would have taken this amazing opportunity if it wasnt for his patience and knowledge.

    I had had my doubts about the appraisal but was shocked by the outcome. I had read other appraisal reviews that were very negative and thought I was also going to be under appraised like the others. But to my surprise, my appraisal came out higher than the equity value that had been posted on Mr Coopers website. My mortgage went up a few hundred dollars but the money I saved on credit card interests far out valued the mortgage increase. I had a hefty credit card balance that would have cost me over a hundred thousand dollars in interest at the minimum rate I was paying them off. Thank you Mr. Cooper, for suggesting I do a cash out refinance.
