Some didnt have good rates, one was downright rude and offensive.Rob K from Mr. Cooper was the complete opposite of these other folks. He took time to understand my needs and goals and made sure to offer me the best options. Erin H was the next person in the chain, she was also very responsive, helpful and friendly.The only minor issue i had was with the online title signing, where the person called me 15 min late explaining they were running late, and eventually we got to signing an hour after the appointed time - there was no apology or acknowledgement of the time wasted on my end.overall, I am very happy with Mr Cooper and would definitely recommend as well as come back for future needs.

    I was very intimidated by the mere thought of refinancing. As a single women who didnt quite understand the process, I was worried that I was going to be taken advantage of and get a terrible deal. Then I met David. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish and was always available for any questions I had, big or small. I ran into a few roadblocks along the way and I started to think I had failed but David kept me on track and kept fighting for me. I cant thank him enough because I literally couldnt have done this without him! If you want someone who cares about people and wont just use you, ask for David.

We dealt with quite a few because we werent sure exactly where we wanted to move. Everyone was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.We were not as satisfied with the real estate agents we chose for the Cooper Cashback program. I would encourage anyone using the program to thoroughly vet their agents before signing an exclusivity agreement.

    Mr. Cooper was easy to work with as a borrower. They offered a buy back option of a interest rate point for a year and their guarantee of beating any other lender won them our business. Having used them for a previous loan I also knew that they were easy to work with as a loan servicer every month. I wasnt fond of their process of changing us from a loan officer to another person before closing. I would prefer to work with the same person the entire process personally. The only hiccup was a failure in communication to relay information between the two representatives of some pertinent information, which could have cost us additional time and money at the end of the closing period. However, accidents can happen. I would recommend them, especially if you have competing lenders.

    They truly do their very best to try to make your experience with them a positive one. I enjoy their app features. I can make my home payment with the app. They explain everything very well using the e. Sign was quick and painless. If we ever had any questions, all we had to do was call, I wasnt afraid to reach out to either of the people helping me because both matt and kraig, were extremely helpful. We did not feel rushed. And despite some hiccups, they were able to find ways to ease our minds.. Im extremely happy with this company and so grateful to have our home loan through them. We understand that they cant control the interests or home values.We have to be realistic.     I have to say first and foremost Jacob Johnson has been my in my corner to get this house since the beginning, I searched and put in so many offers on different homes and every single time Jacob reran the numbers so I knew exactly what I would walk away with. He cheered me up when I got frustrated at the process and told me it wouldnt matter when I found my forever home and I did....all because of Jacob, he became like family, someone that assured me there were truly no silly questions... and I asked A LOT of questions!
