Warning: This review will be detailed and extensive like Brad Dawsons emails. Im a small business owner here in San Antonio and if you didnt know.. buying a home in this scenario can be challenging (understatement). I personally always put my business first, therefore I pay myself conservatively. Due to my situation I ended up talking to 7 lenders to buy my first home! Three of those lenders specifically specialized in business owner mortgages and those mortgage rates are almost double than the normal ones. Brad was actually the first lender I spoke to and he smoked them all by a mile. What I mean by this is he would email me back withing a few hours on any given day and sometimes past 10 pm on weekends! NO ONE ELSE DID THIS, NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE. As soon as I noticed his work ethic and his attention to detail in his 3-5 paragraph emails he won me over. He has proof of this as I emailed him in regards to how impressed I was. Now a days its rare to find people with this kind of work ethic... I thought I was the only one pulling all nighters. Coming from a business standpoint Brad really blew my mind on his stellar customer service. Even when there was a slim chance of getting the properties I was looking at, he never ruled me out (he made constructive suggestions). If I did not know Brad was a lender I wouldve guessed he was a mathematics guru as he broke down every scenario possible that included numbers. Not only does he take the time to educate you on the whys & hows but he also gives you detailed advice on what moves to make from a financial standpoint to give you a better chance of buying your dream home. I closed on my home back in September of 2023 and Brad still responds back to emails in regard to property taxes, homestead exemption.. the list goes on. Thank you Brad for all the work you put in to help my wife and I. Cheers!

I cannot say enough about this team! Jesus, Stacy, Brad , Haylee everyone was so helpful and informative walking me through every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I was a little uneasy. But not one day did I stress and cant help but feel they had my best interest at heart. Thank you is not enough!
