Fast and friendly service. My wife and I found a home, closed, and moved in, all in a month’s time. Mortgage Street was always a phone call away when we had a question and never let us or the Title Company fall behind during the entire process. When they were ready for the next action to be completed by whichever party, they were sure to call to let them know as well as sending an email. They also worked very closely with us in getting the closing costs to a minimal, and we ended up only paying 4 cents. Highly commend/recommend the Mortgage Street team.

I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. I contacted Jeff Helm at Mortgage Street on Tuesday and provided my wife and me a pre approval letter for the amount we wished to spend on a new home.I returned the letter to him along with a signed contract that same Friday. He immediately sent me an email requesting certain documents to speed up the process. We got those to him by Friday afternoon and he ordered the appraisal on the new property.We were in a bit of a time crunch because we had to be out of our old house in three weeks and two days.Needless to say we were very stressed during that time trying to figure out where we were going to go and what to do with all our property.Jeff kept us informed and calm all along the way and we were able to close three weeks from the day we dropped off the signed contract and moved into our dream home.I’ve used other mortgage companies in the past who were no where near as friendly and competent at Jeff and his team at Mortgage Street.Thank you so much for all yal did for us and rest assured if I ever need to move or purchase another home I’ll be running back to Mortgage Street and Jeff Helm.Jerry Corder
