Scott Sears was downright amazing to work with. He was incredibly responsive (he texts or calls you back within minutes). Very thorough and nice to work with. Explained everything. He also got me a great rate! I will refer him to all my friends and family.

I have purchased nine homes in my lifetime. Scott is the only mortgage broker I would work with a second time. Obtaining a mortgage for a small business owner is difficult to say the least. Scott has over thirty years of experiance and has worked harder for us than anyone else has ever worked. He is a miracle worker and a saint. If you need a mortgage, Scott is the only person I would ever recommend.

Just want to drop by and say thank you for all that you guys accomplished for us. For those looking into buying a house for the first time, like my wife and I, or refinance your current home, Adam is the guy to go to. We decided to buy our first home at the beginning of the pandemic. Everyone was changing policies, time for approval were extended to 3 to 4 weeks, and a 1 and a half week closing was impossible to ask for. We contacted UFCU and other local mortgage companies and they all laughed when we told them that we needed to close within 8 days. Adam Styer andStevin Ozier told us not to worry and get them the documents needed and to not worry; he was going to do everything possible to make it happened. They accomplished the unattainable, and with a great rate! They will do everything in their power to help you get your dream home and not only they work hard, they are incredibly friendly and professional.
