This is our first home so we had no idea where to start the buying process or what to do but he explained every single step to us so there were no surprises along the way. He made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. If at any point we had questions he was always available and quick to respond. If we buy again in the future we will definitely be coming back to Efrain.

Our loan officer Efrain Guerra is the best of the best. Very knowledgeable on VA loans. He was always there every step of the way. Even when sometimes we felt s bit stressed or worried he would let us know that everything was progressing as it should. He answered every question we had. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he really encourages the buyer to really understand what the process is too. He takes time to explain everything and is patient if you dont understand something.
