Ms Sharon and this team is very awesome. They truly focus and treat Veterans like family. Allot of other companies told me come back in a year when my credit score is fixed and I “may” qualify. After they looked at my score I felt the other companies seen me as a waist of time. Mortgage Solutions was totally opposite feeling. It was more about me being in a home and not being just a person with a credit score that is not the greatest. When they say they are here to serve the people who serve they really mean it. They stuck with us until the very end. Being 100% disabled veteran struggling with stress and depression, they made sure I was always certain I was good hands. Our VA Loan experience with MSF was professional and transparent from day one. As a self employed individual I was reluctant because I had been turned away for years. Sharon Campbell was our loan officer and from the first conversation I knew I could trust what she was telling me. She was available almost 24/7, even on weekends. I usually disregard any requests for reviews, but Im glad to make an exception for this company. I was advised to change lending companies by my realtor. I AM SOOOO GLAD THAT I LISTENED! The team was able to process my loan within in less than a week, if not a week. They had to rescue my loan because my original loan company was doing some shady stuff, in my opinion. Caleb and his team donned their capes and came to the rescue. They responded to ALL my inquiries in a timely manner. If there was something that I did not understand, they were happy to further explain, without an attitude or annoyance in their voices. I wasnt just a file in their records. We started our application on May 4th,2022. With Caleb Lutsch not thinking it would happen because my credit score was 536, Caleb asked to give his team a chance to get us approved! So we did just that. Still not believing that being approved and even on the June 7th,2022 closing date. We are now homeowners! Caleb and his team are awesome at what they do for Veterans. Great work in a short time! It may have taken a little bit longer if I was still working a job because there was a lot of things that I had to do on my end of the mortgage loan paper work.
