I have only great things to say about Rob and Mortage Solutions. He and his colleagues involved were truly committed, organized, professional ,respectful young ladies who took their time, just like Rob, in making sure I and my hubs understood exactly what was going on. Every…step… of the way,I was able to inquire, explain my concerns about the horrors as well as the “hear say” concerning mortgages and express my thoughts freely.Working with Rob was truly a positive experience and I’d highly recommend Mortgage Solutions if you’re interested in a home equity loan.I forgot to add that the process was really fast..Let your house pay you 😉.

Awesome! MSF has team of dedicated professionals who will work with a buyer to make the home buying experience much more doable. My experience with Mortage Solutions Financial was phenomenal. This is the first time buying a house, so the journey was scary to say the least. Robert Stern was our lender, and when I tell you this man will get you where you need to be, I mean it. If anything came up, he was always ready to find a solution. Although I worried a lot, he was quick to talk me down, and let me know it’s all good. This is an amazing company, and you shouldn’t hesitate to go with them for your mortgage needs. When my husband and I decided we wanted to buy a home, we didn’t know where to start. My mother-in-law suggested we contact Mr. Robert Stern at Mortgage Solutions because that’s who they went through to buy their home about 4 years ago. We contacted Mr. Stern to start the process of applying for a mortgage. This would be our first home and we didn’t have a lot of experience with how everything works. Mr. Stern was amazing!!! He really took his time to explain each step and was extremely accessible. We could call or text and get a response very quickly. You can really tell that he and the entire Mortgage Solutions company really care about what they do. The entire process went smoothly and we were in the home of our dreams in about a month after contacting Mr. Stern. I never could have imagined that it would go so quickly but that is a testimony to the great work they do at Mortgage Solutions. Robert Stern and his team provided my husband and I with extraordinary customer service. My experience trying to buy a home have been very difficult and tedious with an end result of being denied. However, Mortgage Solutions turned all the negatives into positives; they delivered! Robert kept his word, answered my calls (even after hours), he was knowledgeable, and so professional. We CLOSED DECEMBER 30th, the day he originally set for us and he got us more than what we expected in assistance from the State of Texas.
