It was great working with Nguyen. He works hard and respond quickly. He is patiently answering all of my questions and concerns. The rate he provided was very good. We had a signed contract on Monday April 10 and expected the closing date on May 12, and spent a week to contact and shopped with 2-3 different mortgage companies/banks. I finally chose working with Nguyen and he locked rate for me on Friday 14, late afternoon. Less than 2 weeks later April 26 , he told me that my loan got approved and clear to close. It could be close anytime. We closed on our house on May 5. It was a pleasure working with Nguyen. He makes the process smooth and clear at every single steps. He showed up at our closing to congrats us it was the first time we met. Highly recommended! Thank you Nguyên for all your help.
