Our first interaction with Todd and his team was about 2 years ago when we first began to consider purchasing a home. The timing wasnt right but Todd was extremely helpful in assisting us and providing us with valuable tips to get prepared for a mortgage. 2 years later we felt that we were finally ready. Being a first time home buyer I had ABSOLUTELY no experience in the home buying process. I would say that Todd and his team were very patient, informative, and responsive in getting me to closing right at 30 days. They moved as fast as I was moving! As a millennial with instant gratification issues this was VERY refreshing lol. If there was ever a hiccup in the process it was never due to a delay on AmCap Ltd’s part. I used the VA loan and had I gotten my ‘statement of service’ from my Unit before starting the process I probably would have closed in less than 30 days. That’s neither here nor there though! Very satisfied with my experience. Just be transparent with your loan officer, be prepared, and put your best foot forward (credit, and income to debt ratio wise) and you will be fine! Good luck!!👍🏾
