Dan is definitely my go to mortgage man! He recently helped me with a buyer client. I always like to give my clients three choices when referring to a lender. Of course, I gave them Dans contact information plus two other lenders. Dan was the first call my clients made. Dan was extremely patient and answered all of their questions. The second lender did not answer the phone. The third lender actually made my clients wife cry.Of course, they chose to work with Dan.In our home search, my clients found a home they actually loved which was a bit over their approved loan limit.I called Dan at 8:30 pm letting him know my clients loved the home and asked if there was any way he could get a higher approval. Dan reworked figures and found a way to get them preapproved for the higher amount. My clients were absolutely thrilled.When we went under contract, the closing date on the contract was September 15th. Because of how Dan and his team work their preapprovals, we were actually able to move the closing date up. My clients closed August 29th. Both the sellers and my buyer clients were more than satisfied, plus Dan and his team made me really look good as we were able to successfully close early. Dan is a great person to work with for loans, and he is a heck of a good guy as well. Dan helped my mother get a loan so that she could move to a new house closer to her grandkids.
