I have dealt with Gracie and her group twice. We refinanced a home a couple years ago, and after such a good experience we used her to finance our recently purchased home. Im still fairly new to all of this and Gracie spent the time answering all my questions and helping me understand all my options. She made the process go very smoothly, and I have to say it was nice having someone as knowledgeable as Gracie on my side and looking out for my best interests!One of the best parts of dealing with Gracie was the easiness of transferring and signing of documents through her secure website. Just about everything was done online, which was great for my busy schedule. As long as I was close to a tablet or computer I could get her what she needed. Ill definitely be using her again!

We had financed our first home with Guardian Mortgage, and that gave us an opportunity to start having a working experience with Gracie Morrow, who was the loan officer of that mortgage which we paid off. When we were looking to buy a new house, we returned to Guardian and had another opportunity to work with Gracie again on our new loan. Since the first step of the loan process, Gracie was always courteous, professional and thorough. Due to the circumstances that we had to move rather quickly and therefore would need to close on the loan in a crunch time, Gracie and her team worked extra hard, of course with patience and professionalism, to make sure that all requirements were met and that we were able to close on schedule. We really appreciate all the efforts that she and her team put in to help us get our dream home with a low interest rate and monthly payments. The experience that we have had with Gracie has been phenomenal. If we were to buy another house in the future, we would definitely return to Gracie again, and we highly recommend Gracie and Guardian for their outstanding services.

Gracie provided excellent customer service and was super attentive end to end with our loan. We were denied by a major loan company due to the loan officers not being observant with our documents. We almost lost our earnest money with the builder and worse case scenario, we almost lost the house. We went to Gracie and she closed us in 9 days! My husband and I didn’t lost our earnest money and we didn’t have to jump through any hoops to get this done. I will definitely refer Gracie to all of my friends and family members!
