I was referred to him by my real estate broker, Cody Julian (whom I also highly recommend), when the mortgage I was trying to assume fell through. I thought that the deal would be done and there was no hope to getting my home but David completely saved the day. I am forever grateful for his help-he helped me achieve my dream of being a first time home buyer in my 20s as a single woman/public school teacher!!!
