I just attended a 2025 Goal Setting class that Monty did for real estate agents.The seminar was great and Monty added a ton of valuable for all of us. In addition to all the wisdom he shared on making this a great year in business, I was equally impressed with his knowledgeable of his industry and the stories that I heard about how he goes above and beyond to help his mortgage clients in the home buying process .

Monty was very patient with me. He took the time to answer all of my questions no matter how dumb I might of thought they were. To him, there was no such thing as a dumb question. Im a #s person and a visual, so he understood that and had #s sent to me as soon as Id ask. His team was great as well, updated me every Tuesday. Also always there if I had any questions between update time. I highly recommend Monty and his team.

The purchase of a home can be scary but fun too and Monty with his team makes this purchase so much easier! Monty kept checking on us through the home search and buying. His team was amazing! I had the pleasure to work with Jordan and Jennifer from his team. They worked with me and were available 24/7 and when I say 24/7 it was 24/7. They are available at any time you need them. They’re amazing and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future. Of course I recommend them to all family and friends!

I am Realtor, and I can write so many things about Monty, but it really just boils down to what he can do to help a buyer. I have worked with Monty on numerous deals. I do not think my most recent deal would have closed if I had not had Monty on the buyer’s side. He went to extreme lengths for the buyer. He went so far outside the scope of what he is expected to do as a lender. He advised the buyer on so much more that is not expected of a lender. He helped a buyer find the right insurance and get their DTI within range for a purchase. It sounds so simple, but it’s not. He was up at night multiple nights at 11 PM to make this happen. There is so much more involved than the interest rate. I have the listing, but I also had the buyer and the buyer would’ve never been able to make this work without Monty. One of the things I really like about working with Monty is that he is licensed in all 50 states so I don’t have to worry about who the client is. I just need to know who to direct them too. Thank you, Monty.

Monty was creative when looking at interest rates and monthly payments, and did a great deal for us on a temporary rate buy down. The only thing I was slightly unclear on until the very end was how much of closing costs were considered lending fees.
