What an amazing experience we had and how often can you say that at a bank! The branch manager Lashundra Barton must have spent over 3 hours with us, skipped her lunch, brought US popcorn and water all while helping us figure out what had happened to my husband bank card that had been compromised. She was so hands on in helping us call …. Or try to call … these companies and the. Helped us with the dispute forms. I can honestly say this was the most care that anyone has ever taken to help their member get through a very stressful and scary experience. We felt so well cared for and I just can’t thank Ms. Barton enough for all her time.

Stellar service! The Hurst location branch manager Lashundra Barton got a loan approved for me at 4pm on a Friday. She was friendly, professional, and even stayed a few minutes after the 5pm closing time to ensure I received the funds before a long holiday weekend. Just wanted to give a shout out to my 2nd car loan from Mobility it was a pleasure working with Lashundra Barton whe was fantastic as she navigated the purchasing process, we had to do everything online as 2 of us were in plano tx and the car was in San Antonio tx she was very responsive respectful and made ot very easy on us, ounce we found the right car it was smooth sailing from that point on less than 12 hours we were driving to San Antonio to pick it up. Very impressed as I will forever buy my cars from Lashundra. Thank you 😊

I recently was involved in a bad car accident and unfortunately had to purchase a new vehicle. I decided to shop around and look at a few credit unions to obtain financing for my new auto purchase. I found Mobility Credit Union via Google and was assigned to Lashundra Burton!! She was amazing from smart to finish and made my car buying experience so pleasant! The dealership obtained an approval at a higher rate but Lashundra was able to beat that rate and finished the whole process very quickly!! The dealership tried to throw a last minute curveball but Lashundra was still able to get everything finished QUICKLY! Thank you so much for Lashundra and the entire team at Mobility Credit! I contacted Mobility on a whim per my credit union in Illinois. I was looking to do a Home Equity line. Both nervous, anxious, and worried if I would be able to get the help I needed. Lashundra, contacted me shortly after filling out a loan application. Scared and wondering if I would get approved, it was approved in less than 3 hours. She held my hand throughout the entire process. Thanks to Mobility my debt is significantly reduced, and I have more residual income. Im also working on moving all my money out of Chase. Im over dealing with big banks. Trust your local credit union, and definitely look into opening an account with Mobility.

The branch in Hurst is AMAZING! The Tellers smiles are always personable & friendly. I visited this branch recently & was having casual conversation when LaShundra, one of the branch officers, took personal time to answer just a few basic questions. As a result of her wealth of knowledge, she shared a number of other services that proved advantageous. She was SOoooo very helpful!!! Along side the outstanding service, it helps that they offer really GREAT rates and product offerings. I typically read comments but never take time to write them. Not only is she good, she has a caring personality, I feel like Ive known her for years. As a long time member, Im grateful for Linda and Mobility Credit Union for my financial needs.

Thank you to loan officer Cole Seach for making our auto refinance fast and easy! I was working with a different CU and wasted a lot of time. I called Mobility and Cole got everything done for us in basically 24 hours or less. Now we are saving about $100 a month on interest fees and will pay the loan off 6 months faster. Very satisfied with this experience.

Thanks again.[Original Comment]There either seems to be an issue in activating overseas purchases when ask to activate or its personel issues. Two days in a row I called to have this function activated. Only half the time does it go through, and I am most definitely sure its not the vendors fault. The procedures to have it open are also inconsistent, sometimes theyll ask for more information, sometimes they ask for less. While Ive been a cardholder here for quite some time, these recents issues are making me reconsider taking my business elsewhere. Weekend hours do not help either when my request wasnt honored and I have to wait Saturday and Sunday to re-try asking.
