Lashundra Barton at the Hurst, TX location was fantastic to work with! She’s very professional and definitely a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and able to secure the auto loan and vehicle that I wanted. My situation was a quirky one, I totaled my vehicle in which I didn’t have GAP insurance, I was looking for alternative options to purchase another vehicle without being upside down. Lashundra’s knowledge and professionalism helped guide me through the difficult process. She got me everything I needed and also was able to get a quick turnaround on a loan pre-approval, so that I wouldn’t miss out on the car that I wanted. Needless to say and in such a short time frame, Lashundra delivered and exceeded my expectations with great customer service and support throughout the entire process. I recently contacted Mobility Credit Union as i am in the market for a new vehicle. I spoke with Justin S. and he is by far the most professional and courteous person I’ve ever spoken with, he was efficient, succinct and very knowledgeable and he gave me options. Options are important to me because I like to make sure I’m making the right decision, Also I recently opened up my LLC and a rep quickly called me to set up my Business account. Everyone always talks about USAA and Navy Federal in my opinion Mobility runs circles around them both, the customer service, quality of products and convenience are second to none. I am proud to have come in contact with Justin as he is amazing at his job. I would tell anyone to give Mobility a try, you literally have nothing to lose.

The strong points of this financial institution are ease of getting loans (assuming you have all your ducks in a row) and 99% of the people are at minimum are pretty cool. Make sure you have an alternate financial institution with plenty of money in it. Christmas of 2020, I had a debit card which was compromised. Mobility froze both my debit card AND my credit card. Merry Christmas to me. The hurst ATM is more miss than hit. This morning I encountered an issue at 2 ATMs trying to make a cash deposit. Now I get to waste time and fuel driving to their main branch.While Mobility has their sometimes painfully annoying faults, so does Bank of America. Mobility took a chance on me when my credit was awful. For that reason alone, I endure the quirks of this institution. I think I’ve been a member since 2012. Maybe 2013.

Life happens over the course of years while owning a car, so I have made a couple late payments ( they were within the grace) they never stress me or call me. I recently financed a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L through MCU. I worked with Marc Martins on the financing. Marc was excellent to work with and made the process very easy. The dealer I bought from required that any third party financing would require a cashiers check from the 3rd party, no bank drafts etc. Marc was able to get this done in a very short time towards the end of the day and the dealer was able to pick up the check in person at MCU so I could take the car home that day.I have financed all of my vehicles through MCU and it always has been a very simple process. I highly recommend them.

Well I have tried to get the bank to send me the information and the department was asked to contact the responsible party as well and the bank refuses to answer for over a week... I have also tried to call the manager and he is not responding... Be aware of this bank!!!! I am in trouble with Florida, but I cant drive and no response for days Form the bank!!! Please think before doing business with them!!!
