Isabel took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to start our new chapter. Isabel was on it from beginning to end, she knew exactly what she was doing and she will do everything possible to get you your dream home. She made sure we understood the whole process and was able to answer all and every question we had. A Facebook Ad popped up a year ago and I contacted Denise at Mobile Homes Factory Direct. Everything they advertise is true! Denise goes above and beyond for her customers and never leaves you out there alone. We had tried 3 local dealers and once they got your deposit, you were left to navigate everything else alone, we were overwhelmed and confused and ready to just give up. Then Denise comes into the picture and we are truly blessed that our lines crossed! She never gave up on us, she helped us navigate the mortgage company, she is always just a phone call away to answer any questions. You are not just a number or commission to her, she treats you like a friend.she knows the process, the builders and mortgage side of it like the back of her hand, I can never ever thank her enough or even begin to tell you how good she is. We shared the same interest in having a great kitchen, and we hit it off! Denise is the best sales rep my husband and I were blessed to work with. She is patient, kind, and her energy is contagious. She is such a blessing. Denise worked hard through our financial bumps, and would update us whenever something (on our end) came up. She didnt give up on us, nor did we with her. We stuck together and worked together as a team. We finally were able to cross some hurdles, and we finally found a home to call our own. They did a wonderful job! Alex was more than willing to help me when I explained my credit situation he explained every option that was available and we went over what would work best for me! Anytime I had a question he set a side time to break things down for me and helped me understand. Before I found this company I went to two other companies. The first company was extremely rude after my credit wasn’t what they wanted it to be and didn’t want to help me any longer. They wanted me to put down about 500 dollars to get me into a credit repair program with them and when I told them that wouldn’t work for me they just lost it. They became rude and irritated; said to get back with them when I fixed my credit. I had spoke to another guy he said he couldn’t explain any details until I printed out the application and set up an appointment to come to San Antonio and meet with him. I live in Alice and work about six days a week I can’t take time off to go talk to someone about an application. Alex had no problem doing everything through email, e-sign or over the phone! It worked great with my schedule, since I went from days to nights and back to days, there was never a time I couldn’t get in touch with Alex! My whole experience was amazing! There was a few times I was going to just throw in the towel and these guys kept me positive and found away to work out all the bumps! Best place to go I would highly recommend calling them for your home purchase! I definitely recommend asking for Alex!

I went to Factory Direct to just look at mobile homes not thinking I would leave with finding the right fit, but as soon as I stepped into the office friendly faces greeted us, Renee stepped up and showed us around and immediately fell in Love with a Cavco home. Renee went above and beyond to get us our new home he never gave up no matter what obstacles came our way. Timothy also made sure that our home arrived safely and even inspected our home to make sure everything was set up properly. Thank you for your great service! I highly recommend this group!

I loved this home the moment I saw it. I had great salesmen to help me through the procedures step by step. Sometimes I was a pain wanting everything done in one day but the company helped me with all my concerns & even though I wasn’t being very nice at times they still were very professional with us or in my case, with me, & that’s saying a lot.
