I had a great experience with Mobile Home Masters. I worked with Byron, Alex and Bethany.Alex and Bryon helped me pick out my home, do the color/options selections and the final paperwork.Everything went so smoothly!Delivery was sooner than expected. Yah! Set up was quick and painless.They coordinated with the property owner and the inspector.They made the whole process simple and quick.Afterwards, Bethany came and did the walkthrough with me. She even found a couple of things that I had not seen. After making her report on the needed corrections, (all minor cosmetic things) she scheduled someone to come do the work.I really appreciate everyone there. They are a well organized team.Thank you all!Update:Jerry was sent to my home to do the needed cosmetic corrections after the supplies were ordered. He did an amazing job. He stayed and made sure everything was perfect. He asked my opinion and happily made any changes that I asked for.He was kind, helpful, intuitive, respectful, and made sure the job was done right.I cant say enough about him. I recently bought a home from Mobile Home Masters and I couldn’t be happier. I requested some information online and Byron Ellis called me immediately. We scheduled an appointment for the following day where he showed me multiple options of different prices. He was very knowledgeable of every home on the lot and several they had online for order. The pricing was very fair and the best we could find on any home that was similar to the one we chose. I had them set up my pad and that process was very smooth. Once my home was placed they made everything inside and outside of the home perfect. Ed fixed everything and was very thorough afterwards on our walk through. I can’t wait to enjoy my new home.

My husband Stephen calderon and I were in the looks for a double wide so we first started at Clayton homes, when we started everything seem good, but lord did we go through it but finally I looked at my husband and said this place isn’t where we’re gunna buy our forever home. So then went to Tyler tx to master mobile homes where we were greeted by Alex Garcia. From that day on we knew that was our place to buy our forever home, the process went by so much faster. On a Friday evening, my mobile home was hit by tornado, moved over two foot. I looked under house and saw that it was off of some blocks. I wasnt sure if it was safe to stay in.I called Mobile Home Masters Saturday morning. Jesse went way beyond normative service and was at my house within 45 minutes. He looked under and determined that only the ties were holding it up as it balance on some cascading blocks. He deemed it unsafe for me to be in which allowed my insurance to provide me hotel expense.Mobile Home Masters had set up my home originally. Obviously they did a good job. It withstood a direct hit from an EF2 tornado and didnt blow away or fall over. Even with the best set up, I dont advise staying in a mobile home when a tornado is coming!I needed to get my house set back up soonest before the ties broke and it did fall over. Mobile Home Masters worked me into their booked schedule to get it set back up in time. Of course, this second set up looks as reliable as the first.I will forever be grateful to Jesse for coming to my rescue that Saturday morning. Im a single woman new to the area. I didnt know anyone personally who could help me in that time of shock and crisis. The folks at Mobile Home Masters are good people who provide great service.
