    Shella was nothing short of amazing! Each and every employee at mi mutual went above and beyond for the entire loan process! We looked at the home on March 2nd and we closed today on the 28th! We hadn’t even been preapproved or anything. How’s that for a fast turn around? Any questions we had, their staff didnt hesitate to respond to, or find someone who could. What an awesome home buying experience!

    I cannot say it enough. They guided me step-by-step as I was going through getting qualified and going through a divorce. They helped me how to get my finances in order order to be able to qualify to take over my house from a divorce. I went and searched through many loan companies.     My divorce was a long and horrible process and the details around a refinance using an Owelty lien were a challenge to understand and navigate. I am so glad that I found MiMutual mortgage to help me out with this. They clearly explained all the details so that it made sense, provided easy to consume paperwork and communicated like all-stars.
